T. Pentovolou together with V. Kokkinos and I. Athanasoulias, participated in the 8th Tactical National Metrology Conference (METROLOGY 2022) held in Thessaloniki, Greece, at the Aristotle University Research Dissemination Centre (KE.D.E.A.), July 1-2, 2022. The Conference was organized by Hellenic Association of Laboratories – HellasLab and the Department of Chemistry of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTh) and presented topics arising in providing reliable results to every scientific field (electrical, physical, chemical, radiation, pharmaceutical etc). The theme of the 8th Conference included all areas of metrological interest, with emphasis being given to Chemical Measurements. The conference aims to provide an opportunity for young researchers to present their work, for students to submit their first thesis, as well as for colleagues to put forward their concerns and suggestions as for any improvement of the subject of Metrology. The primary aim of the conference is to stimulate fruitful discussion and build bridges of communication and cooperation among academia, industry and governmental authorities, through inter- and trans-disciplinary networking.
