Dipl. Eng. Nasia Flampouri and Dr. Fani Tzevelekou of the Process Metallurgy Department of ELKEME participated in the 149th TMS 2020 Annual Meeting & Exhibition (TMS2020) in San Diego, California, February 23–27, where the poster titled “Furnace Lining Degradation by 5xxx Aluminum Alloys” by A. Flampouri , Th. Tzevelekou, S. Papadopoulou, S. Pinis and N. Sgourdakis was presented in the Cast Shop Technology Symposium.
More than 4,600 scientists, engineers, students, business leaders and other professionals in the minerals, metals, and materials fields from around the world attended the conference.
